Here’s a quick update about the North American Hunting Club in the social media world: We have accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, YouTube … and in January, we started an Instagram account.
If you want to keep tabs on our staff and see what we’re up to every day, I suggest you follow us on Instagram at handle @nahuntingclub. You’ll see photos from industry events, hunts and new products. Heck, you might even catch Online Editor Josh Dahlke taking a snooze after a long day at the Mathews headquarters or my Brittany, Daffy, showing her Easter spirit and sporting some rabbit ears. From time to time we’ll be running small contests on the account, so keep your eyes open.
You can also check up on fellow members by searching #NAHC and #NorthAmericanHuntingClub, or let us know what you’re doing by using the same tags in your posts.
When you follow NAHC’s account you’ll see regular updates from NAH Art Director Carrie Lapka and NAH Senior Editor Luke Hartle; they’ve become slightly obsessed with Instagram. They’re actually competing to see who can get the most “Likes” on the photos they’ve posted. If you want to help Carrie (and make Luke cry), watch for posts tagged #CarrieLapka. On the other hand< if you’re a fan of Luke< watch for his posts tagged #LukeHartle. If I were a betting man, I’d put my money on Carrie—she seems to have a knack for posting great photos.
Anyway, we look forward to seeing you there!
